Job Summary
Oversee daily produce operations, ensuring high standards for freshness, presentation, and customer service while executing corporate merchandising programs and seasonal displays. Maintain full, clean, and visually appealing displays by managing product rotation, removing damaged items, and controlling shrink through inventory audits and waste-reduction strategies. Order, receive, inspect, and store product following food safety guidelines, then build labor schedules aligned with business needs. Train and coach produce associates to deliver knowledgeable service while maintaining compliance with sanitation and safety standards. Requires flexible availability including weekends and holidays; offers competitive weekly wages, health benefits, and associate discounts.
