Job Summary
Stock product and displays ensuring proper grading, rotating, crisping, trimming, wrapping, and watering while maintaining company sanitation practices and product code dates. Process merchandise according to production guidelines, fill and build displays with accurate pricing, and receive, unload, and put away daily loads from delivery. Greet, assist, and thank customers in a prompt, courteous manner while offering product suggestions and differentiating between various produce types. Monitor cooler temperatures, report refrigeration failures, and keep work areas organized and free from safety hazards. Adhere to all local, state, and federal health regulations and practice the "Cleaner's Creed." Successfully complete onboarding and e-learnings within 30 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- Ability to work at multiple store locations as needed
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, with the ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work a schedule based on the business needs of the store location
- Authorized to work within the U.S.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to push and pull up to 250 lbs
- Must be able to bend and reach at waist or overhead
- Must be able to stand and walk continuously
- Must be able to handle, finger, feel, talk, see, smell, and hear
- Must be able to use knives
- Must be able to use a case cutter
- Must be able to use a power jack
- Must be able to use a trash compactor
