Job Summary
Greet guests, prepare produce for display, and stock, price, rotate, and place product on sales floor displays according to standards. Maintain freshness and quality while assisting with unloading deliveries. Communicate guest requests and temperature breakdowns to management, ensuring front-porch duties keep wait times minimal. Uphold sanitation standards in the backroom, cooler, and sales area. Perform all other duties as assigned by management. This part-time role offers weekly or daily pay starting at $14/hour, flexible schedules, and benefits including 401K, pension, and tuition assistance.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. constantly
- Ability to read and understand information and direction
- Effective communication and guest service skills
- Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time
- Must be at least 18 years old
