Job Summary
Stock displays, racks, and coolers fully while culling low-quality product and trimming, washing, and bundling fresh produce. Maintain accurate signage, labels, and pricing across the department, ensuring all displays, coolers, and workspaces remain clean, organized, and sanitary. Support receiving, rotation, and back-stock organization, checking for quality and damage. Assist customers with product questions, selection guidance, samples, and special orders. Maintain accurate, clean signage, labels, and pricing across the department. Work collaboratively with team members across departments to support daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to work in cool, damp conditions
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Produce, grocery, retail, or food service experience preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to support multiple areas of the department and store
- Ability to work in a fast paced and team oriented environment
- Strong communication and reliability
- Interest in natural, organic, and local foods preferred
