• •Must be able to walk department regularly to ensure an organized, sanitary, and overall clean appearance at all times
• •Must be able to ensure cleanliness of produce department, floral area, storage area, and work area for safety
• •Must be able to keep floors free of liquid spills or water
• •Must be able to remove hazardous debris from floor and sweeping
• •Must be able to stock produce/floral department
• •Must be able to present and rotate product
• •Must be able to face, fill, and organize all product items as set by the Produce Department schematics
• •Must be able to maintain a friendly, energetic demeanor
• •Must be able to adhere to all procedural guidelines set by the Produce Department
• •Must be able to participate in pre-inventory preparation
• •Must be able to run the cut fruit and vegetable program
• •Must be able to support and contribute to team goals

Desired Qualifications

• •Preferred 1-2 years grocery retail experience in Floral department processes and procedures
• •Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus
