Job Summary
Greet customers with a smile, assist with shopping needs, and answer phones promptly to deliver friendly service. Review merchandise for freshness, rotate and replenish product, and develop production lists to maintain adequate supply. Check in deliveries, review invoices, and price products as needed while practicing proper sanitation and keeping the area clean. Order supplies and remove trash to support general department upkeep. Night and weekend shifts are required.

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions carefully
- Attention to detail
- Basic math skills including simple addition, subtraction, counting, and recording
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and co-workers
- Ability to learn and apply proper sanitation, food safety, and department procedures
- Less than high school diploma or equivalent experience accepted
- Six months or less of similar or related work experience
- Ability to safely use sharp knives and blades for food preparation
- Ability to operate a delivery vehicle in accordance with applicable DOT standards
- Ability to perform repetitive standing, walking, reaching, and bending associated with order fulfillment, POS transactions, and cleaning/sanitation duties
- Exposure to heat- and burn-related hazards associated with cooking, baking, or grilling equipment
- Frequent exposure to temperature extremes and dampness
- Possible equipment movement hazards
- Electrical equipment hazards
- Cleaning chemicals and solvents exposure
- Successful completion of a pre employment drug screen
