Job Summary
Greet customers, assist with shopping needs, and answer phones promptly to deliver friendly service. Review merchandise for freshness, rotate product, and replenish inventory to maintain quality standards. Check in deliveries, process invoices, and price products as needed while following sanitation procedures. Order supplies and pitch in with special projects or general department upkeep. This hourly role requires basic math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions. Starting wage is $13.50 to $16.80 depending on experience.
Required Qualifications

- Basic math skills including simple addition, subtraction, counting, and recording
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and co-workers
- Ability to learn and apply proper sanitation, food safety, and department procedures
- Ability to safely use sharp knives and blades for food preparation
- Ability to operate a delivery vehicle in accordance with applicable DOT standards
- Ability to work in temperature extremes and dampness
- Ability to handle possible equipment movement hazards, electrical equipment, and cleaning chemicals and solvents
- Ability to perform repetitive standing, walking, reaching, and bending
- Willingness to complete a pre employment drug screen
