Job Summary
Greet all customers, ensure satisfaction, and offer extraordinary service while rotating, stocking, and culling daily sales floor produce. Wash, peel, cut, and seed fruits and vegetables; weigh, measure, and mix ingredients for recipes including guacamole, pico de gallo, and salads. Package items according to company guidelines and store labeled food in designated areas to prevent spoilage. Clean work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, and silverware. Inform supervisors of low supplies or equipment issues. Uphold the 7 guiding principles, professional image, and uniform policy while complying with all regulatory rules including HACCP, OSHA, and local food laws. Work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
