Job Summary
Greet customers with prompt, courteous service while maintaining a neat, well-groomed personal appearance. Manage all fresh and packaged vegetables and fruit by rotating product, merchandising attractively, and controlling shrink to generate sales. Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment in compliance with store policies, state, and local health regulations. Know seasonality, use, and taste of products offered. Observe shift-operating hours as scheduled and comply with all safety procedures, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally. Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work in a cold environment
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be 18
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent preferred
- Prior work experience preferred but not required
