Job Summary
Job Title: Chop Shop Produce Shift Supervisor. Oversees daily Produce Department operations, supervises 3-20 employees in the absence of the Produce Manager, trains staff, ensures proper product ordering/receiving, checks temperatures to uphold FDA/local health codes, maintains sanitation and equipment condition, and serves as the Produce Manager on the sales floor when needed. Requires a high school diploma/GED and 6 months to 1 year of related experience, strong leadership and customer-service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining hospitality and teamwork.

- High School diploma or GED; six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
