Produce Associate

Job Summary
Operate and maintain the produce department: cut, slice, and prepare produce; weigh, package, and label products; cull, trim, and store merchandise; rotate and merchandise shelves and displays; assist with unloading deliveries; communicate with management about orders; apply suggestive selling techniques; maintain familiarity with department products, price, and preparation; ensure cleanliness and compliance with PPE, safety, and food-safety guidelines; may be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer needs; support guest experience and departmental efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (GED) preferred
- One year of retail or related experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents
- Basic mathematical skills
- Detail Oriented
- Physical requirements: ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally; stand and walk for extended periods
