Job Summary
Prioritize daily work based on varying business needs, cull department for quality control, and scan and record shrink. Acquire and share knowledge of produce while maintaining a clean and safe work environment for all customers and associates. Take and fill special orders for customers, put away orders, and plan attractive produce displays using color and texture to enhance the department. Stock, rotate, and merchandise product while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products within the department. Perform other duties as assigned. This role requires working Sunday through Saturday from 6am to 8:30pm, up to 29 hours per week, with minimal supervision and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a sense of urgency and the ability to work independently to achieve daily tasks
- Comply with all company policies and standards
- Possess the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Be production driven with the ability to work continuously on repetitive tasks, while standing
- Possess the ability to frequent lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
- Possess the ability to work in temperatures ranging from 0 to 50 degrees
- Must be willing to work the number of hours required to meet company objectives, with the understanding that occasionally business needs will require additional time
- Must be willing to work the non-traditional five-day work schedule, including Saturday, Sunday and evenings
- Available Sunday through Saturday 6am-8:30pm, hours will vary
- Part-time, up to 29 hours per week
