Job Summary
Receive, display, face, and pull produce per department requirements while assisting customers in a friendly manner. Operate department equipment including scales, handcarts, side cutters, knives, and pineapple coring machines safely and efficiently. Perform basic PC entries, maintain safety attire, and adhere to all productivity, policy, and standard operating procedures. This role involves working flexible shift schedules with overtime and weekends required in a physical environment. Report directly to the Produce Department Manager to ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age to operate certain department equipment
- Able to perform Produce Operations, practices and procedures within a retail grocery environment
- Be self-directed
