Job Summary
Assist the Produce Manager in maintaining, stocking, cleaning, and keeping proper signage in the Produce Department while providing exceptional service to clientele. Properly cull, rotate, and restock produce, ensuring the prep area, walk-in cooler, and sales floor remain clean. Follow all safety guidelines, report missing equipment, and complete required training. Lift 60 lb. boxes and exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently. Work in a friendly, flexible team environment supporting local communities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good, corrected vision
- Must have good, corrected hearing
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to reach
- Must be able to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
