Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and empower team members to improve efficiency, engagement, and retention while maintaining merchandising and operational standards. Be accountable for financial objectives and build diverse teams that foster inclusiveness and belonging. Resolve customer inquiries courteously and demonstrate people leader skills to delight shoppers across Atlantic Superstore locations. Maintain constant mobility for shifts involving lifting up to 50lbs and work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends. Complete a criminal background check as part of the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
- Able to move up to 50lbs and in constant mobility for an entire shift
