Produce and Floral Manager

Greet guests with accurate service recommendations, manage order guides and deadlines, and reduce shrink while properly receiving and stocking goods per rotation standards. Direct teams to slice, prepare specialty produce, and maintain quality product levels throughout the day. Engage, coach, and train team members on-the-job to ensure excellent guest service in a safe environment. This fast-paced role requires 3 years of management experience, proficiency with planograms, and Microsoft Office skills. Flexible scheduling includes weekends, evenings, and holidays.
