Job Summary
Greet guests with accurate service recommendations and assist with special requests while managing order guides, deadlines, and shrink reduction. Direct teams to handle, slice, and prepare specialty produce items, fruit trays, and meal solutions throughout the day, maintaining quality per TFM standards. Properly receive and stock goods following rotation standards to replenish product levels. Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members on-the-job and via internal platforms to ensure safe, secure guest service. Requires 3 years of management experience, ability to read planograms, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Flexible schedule including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality field
- Ability to read, understand and follow planograms, layouts, and schematics of the department for merchandising
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
