Job Summary
Develop reliable planning models and take ownership of end-to-end planning for selected value streams across multiple production sites and countries. Analyze large data sets from production, logistics, and supply chain operations to identify deviations, bottlenecks, risks, and optimization opportunities early. Plan and align capacities, demand, and delivery schedules to ensure efficient utilization while balancing forecasts and inventory levels. Support international production sites in optimally aligning resources and prepare for S&OE planning meetings through KPI analysis. Continuously improve planning processes and governance parameters using tools like SAP IBP, providing a solid foundation for decision-making for cross-functional teams and management.
Required Qualifications
- Completed vocational training or a university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Production Management, or a related field
- More than 5 years of professional experience in network planning, production planning, or supply chain planning
- Experience in internationally connected production environments
- Solid experience in analyzing production data, capacities, forecasts, inventory levels and delivery dates
- Confident handling of SAP
- Strong understanding of planning, scheduling, and production processes
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 10 to 20%)
