Job Summary
Develop reliable monthly supply plans by balancing forecasts, inventory levels, and available production capacity while identifying early-stage bottlenecks in global networks. Take ownership of end-to-end planning for selected value streams across multiple sites and countries, analyzing complex data sets from production, logistics, and supply chain operations to optimize demand alignment and resource utilization. Prepare for S&OE planning meetings through KPI analysis and validate production plans to ensure stable product availability. Continuously improve planning processes and governance parameters using tools like SAP IBP, providing a solid foundation for decision-making for cross-functional teams and management. Support ongoing transformation initiatives and contribute to the international development of the production network.
Required Qualifications
- Completed vocational training or a university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Production Management, or a related field
- More than 5 years of professional experience in network planning, production planning, or supply chain planning
- Experience in internationally connected production environments
- Solid experience in analyzing production data, capacities, forecasts, inventory levels and delivery dates
- Confident handling of SAP
- Strong understanding of planning, scheduling, and production processes
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 10 to 20%)
