Job Summary
ProdOps & Support Engineer responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting Optimove’s production environment; serving as a key contact for customer data/integration requests; investigating and debugging ETL processes; conducting data QA across Snowflake, MSSQL, and BigQuery; performing configuration management and creating robust, scalable processes; and communicating effectively with customers to resolve technical issues. Requires strong technical skills, familiarity with web technologies (SDKs, APIs, SQL, JSON, HTML, JavaScript), experience in SaaS B2B, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with SQL

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
