Job Summary
Recruiting Operations Associate will support the firm’s entire search process including material production, candidate research and sourcing, internal database operation, scheduling and logistics, market research, and outreach campaigns. Responsibilities include researching prospective candidates, conducting due diligence on clients, reviewing resumes and credentials, assisting in drafting job descriptions and candidate profiles, using Loxo and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage top talent, managing scheduling and documentation, maintaining the internal database, and assisting with business-development-related activities. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience, strong communication, organizational skills, teamwork, and familiarity with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level of Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and/or human resources with a search firm/agency in a support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and regimented with proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Strong team player with proven ability and desire to work in a team-based environment
- Familiarity with recruiting software including ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter a plus
