Job Summary
Manage product movement in the production area while overseeing quality and productivity requirements. Monitor operations safety programs to ensure compliance and provide effective supervision to assigned employees. Organize work for smooth operations, schedule staff to meet production needs, and communicate directly with the team. Other supervisory duties as needed. This role requires 1+ year of supervisory experience in manufacturing, the ability to read detailed procedures, and physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. Working Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM at a Sugarland, TX client.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and follow detailed procedures and instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliability
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work around moving equipment
- Ability to work around elevated noise levels
- Must be able to wear required PPE
