Job Summary
Prodajni savetnik in H&M Group-style boutique environment responsible for welcoming customers, guiding them through the store, and assisting in finding items while showcasing products. Shares fashion knowledge to help customers make informed choices, collaborates with team to ensure excellent service and actively promotes the loyalty program. Maintains well-organized selling floor and backroom with adequate stock, supports opening and closing procedures, and presents themselves and the brand positively during every customer interaction. Builds meaningful customer relationships in stores, making fashion accessible and sustainable for all, and participates in broader area teamwork to share experiences and drive success.
Required Qualifications
