Job Summary
Ensure accurate and timely production of thermoplastic products by adhering to work instructions for bonding, gluing, and packaging. Efficiently package and label orders for shipping while inspecting items for defects and reporting issues immediately. Prioritize tasks based on patient and provider needs in cooperation with production planning, and receive and transfer products through the internal software system. Generate labels as needed and strictly follow all Standard Operating Procedures, safety, and security protocols. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 pm to 3:30 pm. CQ Medical designs and manufactures radiation oncology medical devices to improve outcomes for radiotherapy patient positioning.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- at least 1-year related experience and/or training
- Capability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Basic math skills and knowledge of units of measure
- Ability to solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Must possess a strong attention to detail and be quality minded
- Must be able to stand, walk
- Must be able to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to talk or hear
- Must be able to sit, climb or balance
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10-25 pounds
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must have close vision
- Must have color vision
- Must have peripheral vision
- Must be available Monday-Friday 7:00 pm-3:30pm
