PROD Press Operator - Production - Pressroom/Prepress/Platemaking - 431

Operate the printing press to publish the Eagle and other regional publications by loading newsprint, making pasters, monitoring reel stands, setting ink densities, and adjusting registration. Fill ink fountains, set folders, and perform plate making while maintaining a safe and clean press area. Monitor production to meet customer specifications and deadlines, working night and weekend shifts as needed. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and distinguishing colors, with previous printing or manufacturing experience preferred. Training is provided for those showing aptitude.
