Job Summary
Production associates will receive on-the-job training in donut production, including dough and batter preparation, glazing, icing, decorating, order picking, and rack loading. The role requires working safely, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and maintaining cleanliness in the bakery area. Candidates must demonstrate self-starter qualities, efficiency, and an ability to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment, including lifting heavy objects and working a rotational schedule with varied hours. Essential skills include good hand-eye coordination for conveyor belt work and the ability to complete paperwork according to production and quality guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have a valid Driver Licenses
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Read, write and communicate in English
- Must have dependable transportation to get to and from the job
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Bakery (Preferred)
