Job Summary

Identify, assess, and shape process improvement, AI, automation, and digital transformation opportunities across Home Office functions. Lead structured discovery sessions to understand current-state processes, pain points, and business needs before designing future-state solutions. Document workflows, analyze operational impacts, and translate requirements into actionable user stories and implementation plans. Partner with stakeholders to evaluate feasibility, quantify business value, and support proofs of concept and pilots. Establish baselines, track KPIs, and validate benefits realization while managing risks and dependencies. Coordinate change enablement, including training and communications, to drive adoption. Full-time in-office role in LaVista, NE or Lenexa, KS.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, automation, digital transformation, or similar roles
  • Strong experience facilitating discovery sessions, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into actionable solutions
  • Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools such as Visio, BPMN, or Lucidchart
  • Experience supporting process redesign, workflow improvement, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Ability to translate business objectives into user stories, functional requirements, and success measures
  • Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail
  • Experience using data to develop business cases, establish baselines and KPIs, prioritize opportunities, and measure adoption and realized outcomes
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills across business and technical audiences
  • Experience supporting testing, implementation, and change management activities
  • Working knowledge of AI, generative AI, intelligent automation, RPA, workflow, low-code/no-code, or process mining capabilities and their practical application to business processes
  • Adaptable and open to change, with the ability to influence stakeholders and help drive new ways of working
  • Regular, reliable attendance
  • Work productively and meet deadlines timely
  • Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment
  • Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies
  • Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines
  • Work overtime and weekends as required

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with procurement, supply chain, source-to-pay, or related operational processes is preferred
