Procurement Transformation Lead

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end sourcing for goods and services across IAG Transform, developing category plans, supporting RFPs, negotiating terms (including remote and in-person), drafting contracts, and monitoring delivery. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to standardize specifications, deliver savings and cash improvements, drive transaction automation and e-sourcing, rationalize supply bases, mitigate risk, and manage quarterly QBRs. Focus on media/marketing procurement projects and contracts, with the ability to influence diverse views, communicate clearly, and operate across multiple sites. Based in Madrid with opportunities to engage across IAG’s network, and travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in end-to-end procurement
- Experience negotiating commercial terms and drafting contracts
- Experience supporting Media/Marketing high-profile international procurement projects
- Ability to influence and gain consensus across a matrix organization
- English mandatory; Spanish language skills are an asset
- Willingness to travel and work in a multi-site/location environment
