Procurement Transformation Executive (6-month contract)

Job Summary
Support procurement transformation initiatives across processes, systems, and governance. Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking procurement transformation projects and deliverables; prepare project documentation, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders. Analyze current procurement processes and identify opportunities for optimization; assist in developing new workflows, policies, and standard operating procedures. Revalidate data in contract repository; assist with contract upload and monitoring of expiring contracts. Support system enhancements or implementation activities (e.g., eProcurement tools, automation) and assist with user acceptance testing and troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of working experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
