Procurement Tactical Buyer III (Korean Speaker) (Global Business Services)

Job Summary
Conduct negotiations with suppliers for assigned materials and services, prepare and execute RFQs, and manage supplier onboarding while ensuring compliance with K-C Vendor Due diligence. Collaborate with internal Business Partners to harmonize specifications, reduce supplier complexity, and achieve cost-saving targets. Perform parts of S2C support, coordinate vendor performance evaluations, and provide timely analysis for invoicing and order placement issues. Schedule status meetings to update management on ongoing activities and project completion dates. Independently prepare tactical threshold limit actions and drive process enhancements to streamline procurement operations.
Required Qualifications
- Min. diploma/degree in engineering (especially mechanical, electrical)
- Minimum 3-5 years' work experience in procurement of technical materials / services, engineering, or similar areas
- Excellent oral and written communication in Korean and English
- SAP system / Coupa / Taulia knowledge
- Expertise in procurement methodologies and processes as well as negotiation tactics
- Good knowledge of business, finance, and supply chain concepts
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Competency in computer applications, especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Visio
- Knowledge of SAP MM
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
