Job Summary
Respond to system errors and coordinate with the development team for procurement system maintenance. Manage project progress and resolve issues related to the new system implementation, including defining and executing data integration strategies between legacy and new systems. Provide post-implementation support, handle user inquiries, and report on operational status to drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role supports the strategic design and development of a unified procurement system across Rakuten Group's diverse services, including e-commerce and fintech.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of professional work experience
- Experience in system implementation, management, or operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Business level English proficiency
Desired Qualifications
- Work experience in a procurement-related department
- Experience in implementing procurement SaaS systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa)
- Experience leading mid-sized projects
