Job Summary
Procurement Sustainability Specialist to coordinate the end-to-end execution of sustainable procurement programs across global regions, owning operational delivery and governance for multiple concurrent projects (e.g., EcoVadis, CDP, S&P, Sustainability Report). Develop scalable processes, dashboards, and tools (Power BI, Tableau, Coupa) to track KPIs and ESG performance; coordinate supplier data collection, validation and reporting (carbon footprint, ESG metrics); embed sustainability into procurement policies and decision frameworks; engage suppliers and stakeholders, and provide structured updates to senior management. Requires cross-functional coordination (Procurement, Sustainability, Regulatory, Legal, R&D) and a solid understanding of data-driven performance management, ESG regulations, and compliance programs (e.g., Conflict Minerals, EUDR, CBAM, PPWR, PFAS). Role emphasizes project management in complex environments, KPI development, and integration of ESG criteria into sourcing; English fluency and strong communication are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in international project management/procurement roles
- Strong project/program management in complex environments
- Knowledge of supply chain sustainability, ESG frameworks and regulations
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Experience in supplier engagement and process implementation
- Advanced skills: SAP, Coupa, Excel, Power BI, Tableau
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Strong ownership and autonomy
