Job Summary
Formulate procurement plans based on production requirements and manage supplier development, evaluation, and risk reduction. Lead cost optimization initiatives through negotiation and centralized purchasing while controlling orders, contracts, and delivery schedules to ensure compliance and traceability. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve quality issues and shortages, strictly adhering to safety, environmental, and company policies. Implement personnel training plans and accept temporary tasks as directed. Bachelor's degree in engineering with three years of mechanical management experience required.
Required Qualifications
- bachelor's degree or above, engineering related profession
- above 3years management working experience in mechanical field
- basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing ability
- good communication and coordination ability
- ability to continuously get new knowledges to improve relative skills
