Procurement Specialist

Job Summary
Procurement Specialist responsible for end-to-end indirect procurement across company sites, including sourcing (RFI/RFQ/RFP), contract lifecycle management and vendor negotiations; partners with internal stakeholders to drive cost/value, manage supplier performance and risk, and support SAP/P2P processes and master data accuracy. Role involves managing end-to-end contract lifecycle, MSAs/NDAs/contracts, monitoring renewals, leading vendor negotiations, providing SAP (P2P) support and change management, owning indirect spend category buying, leading sourcing events, maximizing procurement value through cost savings and process improvements, and vendor relationship/performance management including KPIs and supplier site visits. Requires strong contract comprehension, negotiation, supplier management, organizational skills, data analysis, and excellent interpersonal/communication skills. Hybrid work arrangement with Bolton, Ontario corporate office; visits to the office a minimum of three times per week. Education in Business or Supply Chain and ongoing CSCMP/SCMP development expected; 3-5 years SAP experience and 5+ years procurement experience across multiple commodities. Competencies include flexibility, initiative, ethics in procurement, and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Required Qualifications
- Post-Secondary School Education in Business or Supply Chain or related
- Working towards CSCMP designation or minimum Level IV SCMP PD
