Procurement Specialist - Supplier Services

Procurement Specialist – Supplier Service owns end-to-end execution and optimization of supplier order flows across domestic and international supply chains. Responsibilities include validating lead times, tracking status, expediting critical orders, resolving exceptions (delays, short shipments, freight damage, incorrect materials), and ensuring transactions are processed within defined service levels. Acts as primary liaison among suppliers, Customer Service, and warehouse operations; drives proactive communication about disruptions; escalates and resolves issues. Tracks KPIs (order-processing productivity, supplier delay rates, claim turnaround time), analyzes trends, and translates findings into concrete recommendations. Manages order workflows across ERP, case management, and supplier portal systems (Newton, Pega, Prosugate); maintains data accuracy and compliance; supports system changes and dashboards. Identifies recurring operational breakdowns, drives root-cause elimination, and contributes to automation/workflow improvements. Partners with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service on quotations, expedites, and special orders; provides timely status updates to stakeholders. Works with initiative and independent judgment in a fast-paced environment and takes on evolving duties.
