Procurement Specialist

Coordinate purchase orders for raw materials, packaging components, and indirect supplies while tracking open orders and following up with vendors on status and delivery dates. Manage packaging artwork files and revisions to ensure production readiness, working with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and packaging, perform checks against open orders, and reconcile received materials against purchase orders. Assist with demand projections and reorder planning based on production schedules and historical usage to prevent stockouts. Follow SOPs, cGMP, and internal procurement procedures while maintaining organized, audit-ready documentation and supporting internal and external audits.
