Job Summary
As a key contributor to the India Procurement team, manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle across Asia-based stakeholders, delivering tactical procurement experience, RFQ excellence, and cost-effective acquisitions while ensuring compliance. Responsibilities include End-to-End Procurement Execution (Requisition to Purchase Order) across multiple categories, RFQ Management & Analysis, TCO evaluation, negotiations on pricing and terms, Vendor Ecosystem Management, and operational support (PR processing, invoice reconciliation, and AP coordination). Requires hands-on RFQ creation/analysis, SAP Ariba proficiency, advanced Excel/PowerPoint, and strong stakeholder management across India/Asia. A minimum of 5 years of tactical procurement experience and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of tactical procurement experience, ideally supporting India and regional (ASIA) stakeholders
- Hands-on experience in RFQ creation, analysis, and summarization
- Solid understanding of the PR-to-PO lifecycle and receiving processes
- Proficiency with Procurement platforms—ideally SAP Ariba
- Advanced MS Office Suite skills (Excel for bid analysis and PowerPoint for reporting)
- Core skills: Analytical thinking, strong written and spoken communication for regional stakeholders and global vendors
- Familiarity with legal contract terms and conditions
- Experience using AI tools for market analysis (assets)
