Procurement Specialist

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities for software, technology, and professional services, including drafting, reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating vendor contracts, statements of work, and licensing agreements. Partner with legal, finance, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational policies while conducting financial analysis to evaluate pricing, terms, and total cost of ownership. Manage vendor selection, RFP/RFI processes, and bid evaluations, tracking milestones, renewals, and compliance requirements. Coordinate multiple sourcing projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and prepare executive summaries for leadership. Maintain accurate documentation using enterprise software tools and ensure activities comply with corporate governance and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or contract administration
- Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Experience conducting financial and cost analysis to support sourcing decisions
- Proven ability to manage multiple procurement or sourcing projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of vendor procurement and strategic sourcing methodologies
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across business, legal, finance, and technology teams
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong computer software aptitude with the ability to quickly learn enterprise procurement and contract management systems
