Job Summary
Procurement Specialist responsible for overseeing day-to-day indirect procurement activities, managing local category sourcing, building and maintaining supplier relationships, evaluating quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, monitoring supplier contracts, and collaborating with Finance and Accounting to support invoicing and purchasing expense control. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 1–3 years of purchasing/procurement experience; strong communication, negotiation, data analysis, and ERP/Excel skills; bilingual English/Korean preferred. Location: San Jose, CA; onsite role with full-time commitment. Salary range $60k–$80k per year. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of purchasing or procurement experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP or other ERP experience preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean preferred
- Authorized to work in the US
