Required Qualifications
- University degree (business degree preferable)
- 3+ years of experience in sourcing, contracting, operational efficiency projects, or relevant commodity experience (preferably in Pharmaceuticals)
- Knowledge of procurement systems and processes (contracting, e-Sourcing, spot buying)
- Negotiation of project budgets and contracts
- Experience in supplier management and cost optimization
- Knowledge of R&D regulatory considerations (e.g. GCP) and related processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Business fluency in English
