Job Summary
Manage international supplier base and execute end-to-end procurement for integrated MWM power solutions projects during proposal and execution phases. Translate project requirements into back-to-back contracts, coordinate inspections, control vendor documentation, and manage equipment delivery timeliness until customer hand-over. Control procurement risks regarding timeliness, quality, and claims while supporting the MWM Solutions Center and global service organization. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel internationally. This on-site role in China involves a five-day work week with no visa sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management / Logistics, Engineering, or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers and customers
- Experience in project procurement
- Enthusiasm for working in international, cross-functional projects
- High level of self-motivation and organisation
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Fluency in English
- This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office
