Job Summary
Procurement Specialist to source and purchase aesthetic medical devices (lasers and energy-based systems) in a high-activity outbound-driven role with full ownership of deals from first contact through execution (agreement → inspection → delivery). Responsibilities include clearing backorders, sourcing high-demand inventory, building a pipeline of sellers and industry contacts, conducting high-volume outbound outreach, negotiating purchase pricing, submitting internal deal approvals, and managing deals through signing, inspection coordination, and final delivery. Maintain CRM documentation and participate in equipment inspections (remote or virtual). Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in B2B sales, procurement, or high-volume outbound roles with strong negotiation and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple deals, and a proactive, process-driven approach. Preferred experience with capital equipment or medical devices and CRM experience (Salesforce or similar). Location: Park City, Utah; 100% onsite; full-time with base salary of $68k plus uncapped commission.
