Job Summary
Procurement Specialist role focusing on end-to-end procurement of software, SaaS, and technology services. Responsibilities include executing procurement cycles (RFP/RFI/RQF), coordinating vendor evaluations, negotiating commercial terms, supporting contract drafting/renewals with Legal and Finance, maintaining contract repositories and renewal trackers, monitoring license consumption and subscription usage, conducting spend analysis and TCO assessments, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Legal, Finance, Security, and Operations. The position emphasizes remote-first collaboration within an international team, with the option to work fully remote or from the Barcelona office. Ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in procurement or vendor management, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and comfort with contract structures and subscription-based models. The role reports to the Procurement Lead and does not include people management or procurement-strategy ownership. Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management
- experience with technology-related categories such as SaaS, software licensing, or IT services

- ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders
- experience with digital procurement systems
