Job Summary
The Procurement Specialist will assist in sourcing and contracting marketing services, supporting RFPs and contract negotiations while tracking category spend for cost-saving opportunities. Responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role requires collaboration across various departments and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant experience in procurement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management
- Experience working with marketing agencies, digital media, or promotional services
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and procurement platforms (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, or similar tools)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy considerations in marketing procurement
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
