Job Summary
Lead ingredient procurement by managing purchasing and negotiations for assigned categories based on market conditions and business requirements. Conduct detailed category analysis, forecasting, and reporting while collaborating cross-functionally to resolve complex supply challenges and implement process improvements. Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, serving as the primary contact for contract management support across assigned locations. Identify and mitigate material supply risks in partnership with category managers and support R&D initiatives for innovation projects. Deliver accurate monthly forecasts and communicate changes in material costs and market drivers to stakeholders. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or Business with 2+ years of experience. In-office 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or Business
- 2 or more years of experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Finance
- Experience working in a matrixed environment with changing priorities
- Strengths in project management and conflict management
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency
- Experience using SAP or a comparable ERP system
- Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and data relationships
- Advanced presentation development skills using PowerPoint
- Experience working with Power BI reporting
- Experience supporting procurement digital initiatives
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools and Copilot functionality
- Must be able to work in office 3 days per week Tuesday - Thursday
