Job Summary
Collect and understand business needs to draft Statements of Work and Request for Proposals. Follow procurement processes to source vendors, negotiate agreements, and manage Purchase Order fulfillment. Support demand collection, market analysis, and supplier management while organizing internal reporting and planning. Develop procurement benchmarks and strategies across different categories, then evaluate deliverables and vendors for continuous improvement. Award contracts and manage ad hoc assignments as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of Services Procurement experience
- Experience in procurement or project management in Construction Services or Architectural and Engineering Services, and Integrated Facilities Management
