Job Summary
Build and communicate procurement strategies for your Sales Market in collaboration with Global and Construction & Facilities teams. Manage strategic governance of market agreements through follow-ups with major vendors, set KPIs for supplier management, and maintain up-to-date audits and assessments. Secure partners to optimize investment and cost levels while supporting execution of procurements with Sales Market teams. Review, update, and draft documentation in partnership with Legal, and act as a subject matter expert to co-create guidelines and educate teams on negotiations. Represent your Sales Market in procurement forums and work closely with Construction & Facilities teams to ensure compliance with Global C&F standards.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Law, Facility Management, Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in procurement or related functions
- Proven experience in setting up and implementing procurement strategies
- Experience working in an international, matrix organization with multiple stakeholders and seniority levels
- Advanced English level, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office
