Job Summary
Procurement Specialist responsible for driving Sales Market procurement strategy, leading sourcing, contracting, and supplier performance to ensure compliant, cost-efficient operations across markets. Responsibilities include developing procurement strategies with Global and Sales Market teams, governance of market agreements, setting KPIs for procurement and supplier management, supporting audits, securing partners to enable expansion, managing procurement tools and templates (RFI/RFP, general documents), drafting and updating documents with Legal, and educating Sales Market teams on procurement and negotiations. Requires a degree in a related field, strong procurement/negotiation skills, supplier management, 3+ years of experience, and advanced English; role is based in New York with hybrid remote work.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Law, Facility Management, Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in procurement or related functions
- Strong procurement and negotiation skills
- Excellent supplier management capabilities
- Proficient in MS Office
- Advanced English level, both written and spoken
