Job Summary
Develop and execute the procurement strategy for the Sales market, collaborating with Global C&F Strategists to secure an efficient supplier base that enables expansion and optimized FM service delivery. Set and follow up on procurement goals and KPIs while managing strategic governance of market agreements through recurring vendor business reviews. Review, update, and draft procurement documentation in partnership with Legal to ensure full alignment with global standards, and implement global procurement guidelines to maintain compliance. Support Sales Markets across the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, tenders, negotiations, and contract management, while maintaining procurement-related audits and assessments. This full-time position is based in Hamburg and requires proficiency in MS Office, advanced German and English, and a degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Construction, or Law.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Construction, Law or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience within procurement
- Background in retail facility and/or construction management
- Proven experience in setting up and implementing procurement strategies
- Experience working in an international, matrix organization with multiple stakeholders and seniority level
- Proficient in MS Office
- Advanced German & English level, both written and spoken
- Strong in procurement and negotiation skills
- Excellent in supplier management and relationship capabilities
- Skilled in analytical and methodical work approaches
- Strong communicators, being collaborative, proactive and structured, supporting cross-functional partnership
- Full-time position, based in Hamburg
