Job Summary
Execute Purchase Orders from placement through goods and invoice receipt, ensuring clean documentation and resolving pricing or quantity discrepancies that impact payment. Manage open orders by tracking dates to MRP needs, handling change orders, and addressing back-end issues regarding invoice and good receipt variances. Conduct spot sourcing activities for defined scopes not covered by the Sourcing Specialist, complying with global sourcing strategies and supplier selection based on quality, delivery, and cost. Create supplier requests and manage ERP data parameters for supplier and item data, including pattern data for castings. Identify supply risks and elevate them through the appropriate hierarchy while maintaining full compliance with Flowserve policies.
Required Qualifications
- English required
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain
- Strong interpersonal relationship management
- Solid commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Project Management
- Knowledge of supply base in the region for the assigned categories
- Strong analytical skills which involves collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
- Certified Supply Chain Professional
- Ability to influence, communicate, and collaborate at all organizational levels
- Expertise with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Data and process discipline
